RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Half of the total rental required to reserve.

  • Checks accepted for reservation deposits; cash only upon pick up (no checks).

  • You must complete and return an application.

  • You must provide a photo copy of current drivers license and insurance card.

  • Minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

  • Driver must be present at check out.

  • No towing / no smoking/ no pets

  • Cancellation fee - see page 2 of rental agreement


    • All rental prices, policies and conditions are subject to change without notice.

    SECURITY DEPOSITS
  • $500.00 security deposit, and full payment for # days reserved are required before departures.

  • Security deposits will be returned by mail within 21 days after return.


    • RETURNING THE RV
  • All units must be returned clean, holding tanks empty, fuel tanks topped off, and free of damages

  • Cleaning fee of $150.00 may be imposed if not returned cleaned.

  • $50.00 charge to dump holding tanks.


    • RV OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
    In order for you to maximize the enjoyment of your vacation, we require a instructional demonstration before departure. Please be sure to allow for this time so you and your family can benefit from all of the motor homes features.
  • Generally this will last from 30 minutes - 1 hour

  • DAILY RENTAL RATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE

  • WEEKEND RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN LABOR DAY - MEMORIAL DAY ONLY
